Some services are provided on a subscription basis with recurring monthly payments.

Registration and Eligibility

Payment Terms

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. All prices include 23% VAT unless otherwise specified. Services are non-refundable due to their information-based and digital nature.

All content including videos, text, images, and downloadable materials is the intellectual property of Email Success Coach and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or adapted without express written consent.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Coaching outcomes may vary by individual and business. We do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Account Termination and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or aggressive/abusive behavior. Users may cancel their subscription or account at any time with 30 days' written notice.

Data Use and Privacy

We collect data for analytics, service improvement, and marketing purposes. We are GDPR compliant. A formal privacy policy will be provided separately.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. We support both mediation/arbitration and court proceedings in the case of disputes.
